Atujara Motorcycle Club 20th December

Ok Boys and Girls,
This coming Monday night, the Atujara Club are having our last social night of the year at our Clubrooms and you South Aussie Motarders are more than welcome to show up and have a quiet ale and a bla bla while we watch people cook a BBQ for us!:D

A few of our guys are bringing down their race bikes to put on display, things like 1960s Bultaco TSS250 road racer (2 stroke factory racer just for Oldskool!), BSA B50 Motocrosser, Motard of some description (Just have to see which one is clean in my shed!, Was going to take the CR, but Oldskool spends too much time dribbling on it and doesn't let anybody else get near it!:p), Quad bike, Enduro bike, R1 Road racer, GSXR 750 Pre Modern Road racer and at hopefully a Hand built 1000cc JAP motor which one of our members is now producing for sale. (Some of you may have seen one of the motors at the Island classic earlier this year?)

Atujara welcomes the Motard riders to come have a look and see what we're about (as well as drink beers and rattle on) and ideas for Motard promotion in SA we will take on board and try to help promote in 2011.

Also, if you are planning on getting a rec licence or competition licence to run at ride days and race meets for 2011 you will need to be a member of an affiliated Club and we can help you out with any of these aswell.

If any of you boys and girls are keen, just let me know so we can cater for numbers.

Just been confirmed that Greg Summerton who builds the JAP motors will have 2 of the little suckers to have a good look at and see the motor build in various stages with plenty of pics to go along with it. (Pretty amazing guy to talk to and see what effort and time go into a build like this.)

Also confirmed tonight is a 1980 TZ125 GP bike (not many left in Australia), an historic Villiers observed trials bike, a Suzuki T500 race bike, a Speedway solo and waiting on confirmation from one of our Members for his Australian Title winnig Speedway sidecar. (They are racing at Renmark on Sat night, so might be a bit tight for time?) fingers crossed.:up:
Might not be much room left for standing with all these bikes inside.

Oh and did I mention beer fridge!:D

Hmm I wonder If I could wedge the JAP motor into my rgv 250 chassis.
It needs a new motor as the xr 600 motor that was in it is seized.
Shouldnt be a problem.....should it!?! Greg likes a challenge!
