Me and a few mates are keen to hit up the above - about 278km total, or you can peel off at the bottom of Mt Mee - if you have other options let me know.

I think we should be safe Saturday morning. Weather went to shit as soon as I got back to Oz at Xmas 2008. Dams were at 16% then. Seems to be the wettest I can remember since the 70's.

All set for tomorrow, I'll be at Rhys' by 7 so we should be lookin pretty good to be at dayboro (via hills if time permits :twisted:) around 8am,
Might take a more direct route if time gets a bit tight though.
Keen as to be shown any good tight tard roads you guys know up that way, (Jinx, Bandy, Pete, I'm counting on you guys to be at Dayboro, don't pull a "BoneGraft" on us, hahaha :p).
I know a lot it from road bikes, there's a few good sections I know but most of it feels pretty open on the tard.

Good ride today and great to catch up with the southerners. Pity we didn't have a bit more time.
One of our mates went up Bellthorpe this morning and reckons its a disaster after all this rain. Might try it again in a few weeks.

I was a starter for this ride until friday night, went on another jaunt with a couple of colleagues today, did lions road, Kyogle, back up thru Murwillumbah etc.
Got some footage with my el cheapo cam as well.
