Cheap Tyres...

I usually have a good supply of ex-track tyres in stock.

Mostly I have bigger sizes - 180 rears

Pirelli Supercorsa, Bridgestone BT002, Michelin Pilot Race etc...

But at the moment I also have smaller stuff - 150 rears

Dunlop GPR70s which are great for the 'tard at around the $150 mark for a pair.

The GPR70s are great tyres ... I use them on my KR1 track bike and they stick like shit to a blanket ... damn good stuff! Now I've just got to find someone with a tyre groover.... :-k

That reminds me... I have a whole shed full of ex 250GP Bridgestone slicks in the same condition as the above mentioned... they are 120 fronts and 160 rears.

You could have heaps o fun with your tyre groover on those...

Chris, I will be looking for a pair of slicks for the March event at Wodonda.
A 120/60 front if you can do, or the equivalent of, and the closest thing you can find to a 150 rear. Any 155/50 Dunlops in there?

I only have Bridgestones in the slicks... there are a few compounds (from medium to supersoft from memory) all in the 160 rear which is the standard slick for 250 GP/proddy.

I might get a couple of sets down (theyre in NSW) and bring them along to a few events for ppl to see... Theyll be about $200 a pair...

On the topic of a tyre groover... I may have one to lease... but Im gonna start a new thread on that later on.

I am slowly trying to put together some equipment such as a tyre grooving machine, generator, bead breaker, compressor, collapsable bike bench. This would be also available for track days along the same lines...

Hey ppl,

Just a quick note on the used tyres...

Ive spoken to some of you about what I have, and some of you have bought tyres off me...

I have some tyres on their way from NSW (where most of my stock is) for Ash and his mate, and Ive decided to have them throw in some extras for anyone that wants them...

In the small sizes Ill have Bridgestone slicks (fronts and rears), a wet rear (grooved), and Ill be getting more Dunlop GPR70s as you guys seem to like those for the road...

As always in the bigger sizes - Michelin Pilot Race, Bridgestone BT002, Pirelli Supercorsa.

Just a quick note...

I have two rear slicks and a rear wet on their way...

Same slicks as Ash has bought - better be quick n get in before he snaps up these as they might be the last ones for a while.
