Proposed Victorian Summer Series

There is a proposed Summer Racing Series for Victoria kicking off with the Yamaha Supermoto Masters at Calder in January, then onto Wodonga in Feburary. The 26th should see a track day at the Wodonga Kart track with the availability of trying motard at the cost of a one day rec licence and a track fee. Racing the following day for those with Open National licences... March hopefully will bring together the Festival of Sport on the Border again at Albury for a Aussie first, Supermotard racing on the street! That meeting it is proposed to run a track day Saturday, prior to the racing on Sunday.

There's also plans for Bairnsdale for april and may isn't there?

Bit of a hike from melbourne, but worth the effort no doubt! Hopefully the mighty sports van will be in fine form by then :roll: ;)

Yeah rumour has it that there is going to be track days in Bairnsdale in both April and May. I expect that if these are to go ahead, all of us need to attend the prior days to encourage others as well as bolster numbers...Muzz...
