Did my first track day on a MX track for a long time. it cost me $10 for the day!!
For those who can't jump this is the best place as there is some small jumps that are very basic to do at any speed, and the bigger ones have pisser up ramps too. Nice and easy to roll as well.
It would be a real good way to learn (with help) Neil ;)

This is at broady I presume? Might have to pull the kdx out sometime I spose, although I really should have some heavier springs on the front for my, errr, ample weight :)

To be honest I'd probably be happy rolling around a paddock just doing some slides and skids and stuff :lol2:

I was talking about Nunnawading, but at Broady there is an intermediate track that would be perfect to learn on. It would be better than a paddock

You wont get a huge amount better in a paddock, unless you mark out a track and stick to it. As you can always run wide and it does not teach you to trust your bike and know it will get you around the corner.

Other people are also a benefit, as you can copy (or try to!) them and push yourself.

Download your membership aplication from www.ndmx.com.au. During summer, the track is grippy enough for tards and you can practice your both legs off jumping style.

I didn't say anything about getting better, just fooling around :)

As for my legs off jumping style, I can't help it if I'm a repressed freestyler!

If you keep doing it, you are going to repress fatherhood.
