View Full Version : Queensland Championship Round 2 - 30th April
Queensland Championship Round 2 - 30th April. At Queensland Raceway.
Queensland Championship Round 3 - 27th & 28th May - Ipswich Kart Track, Willowbank.
Let people know, let us try and get the numbers up!

Scozzie will you be showing up?

Dunno. I'd rather come to this one than watch the carpark again but I've a birthday on the Saturday and don't know what the plans are yet.
So we'll have to see. But I'd like to.
This one is the carpark one, the next one will be the Go Kart Track.

what are the timings and the cost???? who's from here thats going to be racing there ?
Cabt wait 4 it .................
Cornerspeed you are sounding very excited...... don't be. It is not that great in terms of venue etc.......however it is all we've got and I for one am going to support it as much as possible. It is in its infancy and with more support it can get better, but I am not going to pretend that it is an extravaganza of epic proportions. I also do think that it needs to be held always near large population bases so that there can be potentially more spectators. I do not think anyone that is on here is racing. If there is someone please speak up.

Oh don't worry 77, I'm not expecting it to be a scene from a top Euro class race or anything like the sort. I just LOVE watching guys ride that are better than me ....... YEAH that is a lot of people. Besides, I just want to see some tards .......... I have only ever seen mine and a few in the shops.
Are you meeting 666 and I at the mobil before hand ??????
I know what you mean by just seeing the Tards, I am sure I looked like a kid in a toy shop the whole time I was there last time. I did not want to miss any action..... I was so excited that I had virtually got 2rd drgree burns to my head and face (no hat..... to excited to notice until it was too late. I am not sure which way I am getting there yet, the last time I went the country route, this time I am not sure.

How hard was it to find a guy witha shaved head and an arm full of tats?
Probably describes half the people there.

What a great day. The weather was nice and warm for the most part (than pissed down and stoped the rest of thr racing) and meeting fellow forum members was well over due.
As far as the racing went is was great to watch. Only a few "offs" but heaps of back'n it in, wheelies and elbow to elbow scuffs.....
Check out the slides ......

Geez dicky, anyone can tell it's not the bin that's of interest in the photo but what's behind it. Yep, quite a nice little red trolly jack indeed :snigger:
Cornerspeed actually went to quite extraordinary lengths to get a picture of the elusive red trolly jack.
