Hi All,
Great to see a forum dedicated to Street 'Tarding and not just racing.
I'm currently converting my DRZ4 with a set of early model (18" rear) RGV wheels.
I'm happy with the 18" rear as it means my gearing doesn't change greatly so it's not neccessary to play with the chain lenth when changing over from street to dirt.
I've got the rear done it was a piece of cake, just a little machining and a new (larger) disc the same diameter as the standard one :D .
Around to the front and it was hard to space the wheel centred in the forks as the disc has a lot of offset on it. I machined the wheels to fit bigger bearings to take 20mm axles. so now the wheel fits in OK, but the brake..........has me stumped  .
I have a GS500 disc which has the same offset, same mounting to the wheel but is a 310mm jobby....I just need a bracket to mount the caliper, does antone know where I can buy one of get one made. I'm out in the boon docks near the SA border so It'll have to be done long distance :!: .
Can one for a 320 disc be sourced anywhere? as I might be able to adapt it to fit :?:

Thanks

There are a few offset brackets around for the drz, but most of them are supplied with a disc kit. Try giving the importers for EBC a ring and find out whether you can get the offset bracket for their disk kit as a separate item?
