glad everyone got back in one piece ( me included-even at my leisurely pace)- seemed like a lot of bike riders admitted to Westmead ( where I work) over the w/e. Glad it was no one from here.

Thanks for your concerns, the guy with nobbies is fine, thought the day was about gettn out and going for a ride, thats why I (HDND) invited him.
Yes he returned home with me. He is interested in getting some 17's if some-one can offer some freindly advice as with his current job he doesn't have the luxury of swingn off a computer all day posting shit. LOL
As for the guy's that got lost, I was tail man carried out the correct drill continued with 2 others (Rob and Guy with nobbies) to the next intersection and to my surprise no-one on the $%$$#$ corner. Out mobile out GPS and made to the RV. After a simple brief then not 6mins later next intersection no-one on the corner. The corner man system as (Rob) mentioned is designed for safety and accountability all riders conscerned.
I have used that system on rides with MCRCV on over 30 occassions and never left any-one behind :butthead:.
Sorry was I meant to post this in the Daily spleen Vent section of this site.

Might have to run the brief I and (Muzzard) and few others out there will be all to familiar with.
DURING THIS LESSON YOU BE TAUGHT HOW TOO.
THE REASON YOU ARE TAUGHT HOW TO DO THIS IS SO THAT YOU CAN.
BLAABLAABLAA.
DURING THIS LESSON YOU HAVE WORKED WELL, HOWEVER WITH FURTHER TRAINING AND INSTRUCTION ON THIS TOPIC YOU WILL BECOME MORE PROFICIENT IN THE USE OF. (THE CORNER MAN SYSTEM).
For the lowest common denominator
And so on
And so on.
HDND
OUT.

you could be right bladehunter i had today off and took a burn up to lakesland nothing to crash hot but i had beers waiting for me there so all good.

and as for the corner man system i missed a turn and bladehunter had to shoot up and tell me i was leading everyone behind the wrong way this is cause no one was at the corner. The system works if it is used correctly

Slide
14-09-2009, 06:39 PM
HDND if the guy with nobbies is short for cash tell him to do a cbr250rr conversion only cost 400 bucks and ya get 17's

Will pass that on much appreciated.
As for the S3 LED tail-light just wired it up :D. Had a good excuse after the beakdown.
Traced it to the OEM tail light, short in the green wire for the brake light shoved up in a ball under the tail section.
Blew the 15A fuze running off the +terminal..
Note to self and others with the Husky 610 OEM tail light, carry 15A fuze to avoid:oops: or re-wire with LED
Thanks again to I think it is DANIELAndKYLIE for stickn around and the offer to dump the lump at the inlaws.

Yes the system works well, no, it didnt work well for us on Sunday lol. Rob and I ended up losing everyone on the last leg on the old road but I was feeling a bit sick so a drink and a cruise suited me. Say another biker getting stung by the popo so they are up there that is for sure... shame really people use it as a race track and get to much unwanted attention, now you cant even go out for a spirited ride without the risk of blowing your license! Oh well, so many other good roads to enjoy!

If your heading south, a good route is RNP, coast road, Bulli Pass, hwy, Mt Kiera, Hwy->Dapto, Farm backroads, pop out at the bottom of Macq Pass, then up the pass, down kanga Valley, thru berry, then back thru jamberoo, up jamberoo mountain pass (very sketchy, but fun road), back down macq pass, then back via the way you come down, or highway slabbing.

Hey GONZO what were you listening to when we all were riding i just started cracking up seeing you throw the bike around and going heaps fast listening to something like classical i usually ride to music so just curious

Thorny

I like to listen to soul finding music and relaxation, breath in breath out your flying with the birds "chimes" pipe music and running water, I find it helps me alot when im consterpated.
If i did ride around listening to music, and i think its stupid to, it would have to be a heap of metal.

I had earphones in, but nothing playing. They're just there to stop the 100db+ exhausts.
I was however at times singing old Neil Diamond songs - it is the secret for fast cornering...
