Question: minimum posts needed to post in the Products & Announcements forum?

I was wondering what the minimum posts needed to post in the Products & Announcements forum is?

One of the suppliers in there helped me out with a sweet deal, so I wanted to post in there with thanks.

*I think*... you need to be a sponsor to start a thread, but anyone can reply to a thread.
Alternatively there is a thread somewhere about good dealings and good dealers... post there... or just start a whole new thread in General.

Makes sense that only sponsors can start new threads, for sure. I can't actually reply to a thread in that forum, however.
