QLD CHAMP'S IN TOWNSVILLE COMING SOON

The date 5th of September 2009. Who can race GP125, 250 Production, Motard and 400cc bikes! If you race any of these types of bike and are a member of any QLD race club you are invited. As if you need an excuse to come to Townsville at that time of year with perfect weather guaranteed. Racing will be at sun city raceway which is a very technical mostly gokart track but is a very challenging track only being 990m long with a good rider lapping around 40sec's (think you can beat that! Come and have ago). There will be camping and socializing at the track for the friday night practice and after the racing on saturday. sportsman club are briging up a truck to transport bikes and gear up and back from brisbane so if transport is your excuse then its not anymore. He also said he would stop at towns on the way to pick up bikes if pre arranged motards sports bikes anything.

I will be sending our truck to Townsville for this so if anyone is interested can you please send me an email or text to book a spot. We can take a maximum of 30 bikes, cost will be between $200 and $300 depending on numbers. I already have 7 confirmed (23 spots left). Truck we be loaded at Capalaba on the Wednesday 2/9 between 1pm and 6pm and arrive in Townsville Thursday evening. Depart Townsville Sunday night arrive in Capalaba Tuesday and unload from midday on.

Sorry if its already up realy just trying to hammer it on every site i can to get as many people as we can. The more riders the more fun it is:D

As i have said we got a heap of motards coming up so there should be some good racing. We will also be advertising the event on the radio leading up to and from the event. With Jana peterson attending from 9am-11am And the Zink rockets walking around doing hand outs. Jana will be doing live crosses to the station during the time she is there and we are hoping the there will be be a fair crowd there by the time racing starts. I have also asked most all of the local bike dealers if they wish to set up a display with some demo bikes on the day to try and drag in some more off street attendence. We are also setting up a VIP area for our sponsores to sit watch and have a few quiet drinks and take in the racing so dont be affraid to pop into the area and thank them as without them there would be no race at all. All in all I think the qld' will be a great day of good racing and will realy be a great event to be apart of so once again get your entrys in asap. Thanks Darren
