I still cant post a Photo to a thread as an attchment

I am sure this is me bieng dumb or somthing but.... I still cant seem to Post a pic as an attchment...

I am not sure if this is because under Thread Rules its have the list,
You may post Threads
You may post replys
You may NOT post attcahments.... ??? Could this be the issue?

Please can you guid me?

I think you need to put in your pics in a storage place first , like Photobucket or the like , search google , I use Photobucket & it's easy then , just copy the url & paste it into your thread. :D
