Guys,

Just a note to let you know that the BEARS 1st National round is on at Broadford. F5 category is the one where most single cylinder machines race in, KTM Husky, Aprilla, VOR, GAS GAS, and anything else that is not from a Japanese Manufacture.

If you are interested in the meeting the entry froms are on our crappy website. Click on 2006 racing calander and there you will see the events that are being run. I know this is a Motard webpage but is is a good opportunity to get and have a lash on your existing bike ( subject to acceptance of make).

My apologies to other guys on japanese machines that are not eligable to race.

The race meet is being run by a Vic club and we get an invite to race as well.

Yep, BEARS is basically anything that doesn't hark from Japan :)

Alternatively there is also the F4 club racing at broadford you can enter into which is basically a catch-all class for all sorts of bikes...

Well it may seem a bit bias, but its a great little club and heaps of good people who race in it.

We seem to always get an invite to different meetings, I suppose that it fills up the grid.

Anyway most of the F5 grid is made up of KTM LC4's, so the game get's pretty serious between us at the back. There is no sheep stations just a lot of pride at stake.
