charley boorman ride nsw

as seen in our local paper( manly daily)>>>
Charley Boorman is doing a ride from freshwater reserve (freshwater beach, NSW) to frazer beach in the Munmorah state conservation area on the central coast (nsw) as part of his series " By Any Means".
The ride will start from around 11am (gathering around 10am) and ending at frazer beach around 1230pm approx.
It is on this coming monday 18th of May...

as its local i'm probably going to go and have a ride along (weather dependant)..
Thought i would put it out there to any sydney tarders that might be able to get along and show some tard spirit..

Please let me know so we might be able to also do a meet and greet with vsmr users....

I gave the DVD of by any means to my GF for christmas with the end being him riding into Sydney.

S/C Kiosk sounds good to me I will be there about 0900 should be able to put a brews down range before the start. Then maybe a few pi## stops on the way.

Will see you there, stoppn in at Brian Conners early to try get indicator fault fixed; if I have no luck today, not a good feeling having no rear indicators for return leg (Dodging the metal cattle).
Road up to the North face 100 which started and finished in Leura.
Checkpoint 3 was along Megalong Rd headn into Megalong Valley,
great twisties and Sand/dirt sections off the side roads.
Mate Davo and Opo took out the pairs again for the Second year in a row time just over 11Hrs. Third place overall. Winner of the Individuals was a Machine, running 100Clicks through that. Crazzy.

yep was a fun day but my ass was sore from all the time in the saddle...
So many people and bikes (estimated around 3000 ppl and 1500 bikes)

We wound our way from freshwater through the northern beaches to mona vale road > to pacific highway> F3 freeway> Gosford> frazer park.
