I had an idea whereby for certain endorsement we could maybe put together some dealers, accessory manufacturers/Suppliers that would offer some concession, not necessarily financial, to registered members of VSMR. This could be done electronically, with moderator approval by downloaded formatted cards that the details are on the database/member list only. Example: My mate here in Wangaratta will be /is supporting VSMR and should you be in need of his services and its after hours (within reason) he will ensure you are seen right. But you will need to be able to quote to him that you are a registered member as he can verify that electronically too. Anonymity can still be ensured if each member at least provides their christian name only, to go with a webname....
This might also be advantageous in the sense of motard practice nights and support thereof at the GPTC, seeing its currently/was between Supermotard Australia and GPTC for the use/costing/regulation for practice. As we grow as an enthusiast base, I will look at track hire, on a per day basis, like Winton, so we can play regularly and with some credability/professionalism... Thoughts...
