i bought mine from thumper talk

Mark got some from Oggy Knobs for his Aprilia
but they are probably the dearest to obtain.
40mm Delrin rod cut to length (25mm) drilled and cable tied or screwed through the top of the peg with a saddle or tag to secure it ;)

These are axle sliders you have linked,
Peg sliders are what he is seeking.
Same principle for protection but under the footpeg to stop it wearing out rubbing on the tar in corners ...

on ebay uk there is a seller 'crashbobbins' who sells peg and axle sliders for cheap. and ships to australia.
