I am selling my bike due to the fact I am never gonna get off learners

Plus I need a car at the moment, think Subaru Forester STi version :happyspin:

The bike has 8000km with a service history.

Mods done include

17" factory Yamaha wheels 3.5 and 4.25
320mm Brake disc by Muzz :D
Braking caliper adapter
Full Bills pipe W/ standard muffler.
Jetting done to Bills spec.
Vortex ignition (cool one with 10 maps)
Trailtech digital speedo
New Cycra supermoto fender
YZ rear gaurd/UFO LED tail light
Frame gaurds :D
New Rad Gaurds and Bling Right hand rear gaurd wit Mesh cut outs!!

I am asking for $9500 it is neg but only slightly, more so to VSMR peeps.

Probaly some more little shit but I cant think of em all.
With all the mods done I can only guess over 50bhp maybe 50-55.

It is one sweet bike and I will regret selling it forever, until I buy my new 510smr that is

Heaps of pics from the time I have owned it are in the WR gallery.

Thats spot on its sorted just ace right now.

But I am gonna get into to much trouble.

Plus I cant insure it :x

If it does sell and I hope it does'nt, I will have a 510smr within the year.

I am not quite 20 and have many a years of sick bike riding time left but not if I keep this monster lol!!!!

I might hang onto the motard gear and sell the bike in ebduro spec not sure.

If I move with the G/F its staying with me no doubt, a whole new town/city to hassle!!!!

I feel bad that my mate bought a berg and might not have anyone to ride with, but he would have got it either way.

Bummer jake :(

But personally I think you'll last about 2 months with only the Z250

Wise up Jake,
After about 1/2 dozen licences and 10 years walking,
Why do you think I'm riding a 250?

Its heaps quick enough, complies with all the necessary shit if your on a new licence.. again, and is cheaper to run and insure.

Keep your mootang gear, trade the 04 on an 05 250 at the right price, and still have a good time, as legally as your right hand will allow.
No more, over capacity fines, insurance, and legal in every state.

There is always the option of cleaning it up ready for sale and bringing it over here, sticking out the front of Ricks shop, and coming over on the days off with your mate on his yellow peril, and ride with me up the Tawonga Gap. :D

There was a post there Jake that did go along the lines of not able to trade your bike now as he has a few there already secondhand, but can do you a real good deal on the 05 250... ;)

Where's the posts going to?
If I catch the hacker it will be friggin' ugly...

jakestein

What kind of deal?

It would need to be good, And my gear will bolt in no probs, apart from the standard chain rub OUCH!!!
:D

Cory I aint worried about that Berg of yours, you gotta grow the right sized balls before it will get within half its potential ;)

Just remember ride it like ya Buell and you will be walking for another 12 months

2 weeks and I can get me car licence so the WR and Berg will be on the trailer and heading your way.

No one stole or hacked the post after all, its my dementia breaking through, I posted on the other thread in General chat

Anyway yeah, I thought what he said seemed OK for an 05, and Yeah all your stuff will fit, except the Vortex, which is model specific for the 450.
Wheels are no probs as are the brakes etc but are unsure regards the caliper bracket although changing to another brand they still retain the same lowers..
Have you fitted another tyre to the rear yet?
Is it still rubbing with the chain I gave you?

jakestein
13-11-2005, 10:51 PM
When I advertise it and some one is gonna pay me the right money then yeah its going, until that happens its staying with me.

jakestein
13-11-2005, 10:54 PM
I have done 500km on that chain and no rub, well not that you could tell but it seems to be fine :)

Havent fitted a tyre yet but this one is ok and I get wicked traction in the mud on the left hand side :D

Muzzard

New chains are great. Cuts down chain rub and gives you about an extra 350hp :)

jakestein
14-11-2005, 11:57 PM
350hp is there a dyno showing this?
even 200hp would be OK
