I may well be extreamly slow on what looks like a very tight track,
but I think i'd like to try this.
Do i need to book in advance, and do you guys normally load bikes into a trailor or ride there?

I'm in coburg/brunswick. Think i might just ride there.

Some trailer them after removing lighting etc,
Some ride them in.
Personal preference there Riff.

Roll up @ 10 am and if there is no other bikes there as such to show you the ropes,
Slip upstairs and pay the TT Staff $35 for the day, sign the TT paperwork / indemnity and ride your heart out.
Its shared sessions with private karts as well as the hire karts,
Usually about 20 minutes about.
Cheers and hope to see you there soon ;)

It will be updated of course but it looks for the worse if anything.

Does look like it could be wet.
you never never know with forecasts though might improve.

Finger crossed its just some showers.

MarkeeMark
09-12-2008, 10:02 PM
If it turns out to be just isolated showers and wind, in my experience that means at least a few dry runs.
The last dealer it was supposed to shower as well and it was sunny for most of the arvo, Signor Wobbly even got sunburnt LOL

Travelling down might be out for me too Riff,
Its a long way to be rained off and its not the first time either unfortunately.
It will get better for sure,
Maybe just postpone it a week or ...
Look at the forecast for midweek and have a cheap evening session under lights if I can arrange it ;)

I'm out. Too wet.
If I want to crash and hurt myself I might as well keep the bike out of the formula and just sit here on the couch where it's nice & warm and rub my elbows, knees and hips with the potato peeler.
