1. Black imaculate EXCEL T REAR RIM ($250 ONO)
2. SPOKES and nipples 17 inch for FRONT WHEEL ($50 ONO)
3. SPOKES and nipples 17 inch for REAR WHEEL ($50 ONO)
4. 39 Tooth REAR SPROCKET STEEL ($15)
5. 44 Tooth REAR SPROCKET STEEL ($15)
6. BRAKE Caliper adapter 'H-04' ($50 ONO)

Yes i believe it is.
its like brand new and only had one tyre on it.
no dents or scratches.
a new one costs around $370
you are welcome to call and see all the mortard bits.

rear spokes and nipples 36. cost $470 for the rim new and $100 for the spokes. local pick up prefered (home hoppers crossing or work west melbourne.
