I've got a brand new set with gold Rad hubs black 5" & 3.5" rims for $1200. Intended for RM 250 but I think the same, axle sizes are 20mm and 22mm. Can measure all offsets if no-one here knows.
Also 320mm disc $250 and 240mm rear $100

someone here must know or you measure (I don't have access to a DRZ)
This is this (RM) set, but making new spacers is easy if I know what they have to be.
Check these and post yours
axle size 22mm & 20mm
back wheel
dist sp flange (no sprocket) to end spacer 14.5mm
dist disc flange (no disc) to end spacer 11mm
total width outside spacer to outside spacer--170mm
front
outside of disc to outside of spacer--13mm
total width outside spacer to outside spacer--150mm

but you will lose speedo drive on front wheel

DRZ is 20mm axle front and rear. You can probably source a bearing with a smaller ID for the 22mm end though.

Much better to keep same bearings and step down spacer--- they already do this using 6005 25mm bearings like Talon do-- means you can easily fit same wheels to many bikes.
Now we know he'll need spacers, someone check the disc / sprocket offsets and I can get them made.

Wr is easy already 22mm / 20mm axles
Think I have spacers handy for Yam rear, maybe not front, think your front spacing is wider than Yam's we had. Measure front wheel spacers to check-- Not hard to make new ones.
