So what is it this week? Pulled up twice in as many days

The first was a verbal warning on the pipe ... which I said of course I would look into ... still looking ...

Then today on the way home, all but 400 meters from home, pulled up - speed in a 40 and 50 zones, noise, and a less than readable number plate (the angle, the bend sides and the black from the exhaust). He only ended up pinging me for the last one, $115 and 3 points. Second ticket in 12 months

I'm guessing its just bad luck rather than an increased presence on the road this time of year? Anyway, I've cleaned up the rear plate, and might bend it back a bit, but he also said it was supposed to be verticle ... but given that 90% of bikes don't....

You know that you have to let your insurer know every year about your traffic infringments!!!

But an obscured numberplate isnt something that you would reasonably expect to affect one's decision to insure or not ;)

Mate I don't really care to much myself, but you are supposed to note all traffic infringments. That said it wouldn't effect it your right.
Have a good weekend, guys going to the GP and the post GP ride look forward to hearing about the ride.

I too suffered at the hands of our local over enthusiastic constabulary here in Benalla and addressed the matter through the letters to the editor of our local paper with some scathing comments for the grizzlin bastards who complained about my ADR compliant but loud bike in the first instance to get the arsewipes to stop me...
How do they say, Get Fucked Officer in the new politically correct age we live in?..

Top this,

I nearly got pinged for over taking a dead roo on my side of the road. I indicated and everything. Cop said I had no ligit reason for being on the wrong side of the road.

I convinced him that the smell liberated from a dead roo that you ride over is less than refreshing and got let off.
