Just bought my youngest son a DRZ110 to replace the 50 he grew out of, the thing is a bit rough ( but the price was right :) ) so I am gonna give it a bit of a going over before he gets to ride it.
What I am after I am after is a workshop manual or similar for one of these, anybody help out?
Wish the dollar was still good, cause there is about 4 pages of hot up shit for these on fleabay usa.
Cheers brian

Here's the exploded parts diagrams.

If you know a bit about engines this should be all you need. You could probably get a Genuine suzuki manual but it's not likely to be real cheap.

Very similar to a chinese 110 pit bike, in fact you can buy plastics that fit both, biggest difference is the build quality.

Sure would. 160ml per leg of 10w20. (thats for an 03 model)

If you PM me an email address I can probably send you a PDF with all the service specs. I work for a SUzuki dealership and just discovered I can access all the online info from home.

Well the bike is finished ready to give to my boys for chrissy, They will be getting it early as i am having them this weekend so it will be a riding weekend. :D
Didnt have to do much to her, completely stripped and cleaned all the crap off ( dont think the previous owners ever cleaned it ), new oil and filter, spark plug and air filter and a bit of a carby tune and she runs sweet.
Grabbed a set of plastics of ebay for a pricely sum of $35 delivered complete with a two brothers grafic kit already fitted.
All up it cost me under $1350, not bad as they retail new for about $3500.

Nice one Brian.
A few of the PRC based hotup bits also fit but not much unfortunately.

found about 10 pages of hot up bits for it on USebay but with the way the dollar is its just not worth it.
Thought about maybe just buying a cheepie chinese bike and swapping suspension and stuff over, but have bugger all work/income at the moment so saving the dollars.

Thats my 10yo, took to it like a man possesed.
My 9yo was a little intimidated by the power of it and will take a bit of practice to get him to ride it better, his last bike was a quad and I think he has convinced himself that he cant ride a 'proper' bike. Think I need to get him into a big paddock so he can get to know the bike.

Love the kids on bikes Brian.
They make me nervous to watch as a parent,
But I still love the enthusiasm :P

First sign of a lump in the ground,
Wheelie off it or jump it
