Are we really going to a trade day display with only 4 bikes?
Surely out of all those logged on and registered as enthusiasts here we would be able to gather more than 4!...
Might have to front a dealer or 2 for bikes.
We dont even have a KTM!

I won't be back in Melb until Sat AM, probably about 8'ish buy the time I get home.
I'm willing to bring my bike out, but it's not 'pristine' condition (a bit like me, but chicks dig scars).
01/02 red & black LC4 640 SM, no mods apart from some scratches and bent bits.
Give me a call if you want it, I was probably going to go out to see the afternnon's racing anyway.

OK, I'll come along for the day, but as I said, I won't be able to make it at 07:30.
I'll clean the beast up as much as I can, about time it got a wash anyway.
I might have to resort to a couple of strategically positioned stickers, or I might even get some bits fixxed if I can get orgainised enough.

Any other details I should know about or that you need from me?

Anytime you can get there Dicky would be good, I will try to get everyones names held at the gate so there will not be any hassle to get into the site. I will be onto Rick tonight regards a site inspection if possible prior to the event so as to offer us the most comfortable/prepared position.

Hey Muzz

I'm sure Ash is taking his Husky inc turbo so you don't need mine as well, It will take me 3 days to ride over anyway.

How do you put it Nigel,..."on yer bike"....

I have a portable gazebo I will bring along and if possible will purchase another prior to the event. That will give us some shade if we have none, I also have 4 plastic chairs, but the table is R.S... Anyone have a folding table for Neils lappie and screen?...

Not sure as yet regards the signage as the signwriter is currently away and the business is closed until the 17th...I might stencil VSMR onto the roof of the gazebo in case all else fails!

Polos and caps will be ready and collected the 20th. (Those who ordered them should be sending off payments this week) Cheques/Money orders to North East Uniforms, P.O.Box 940 Benalla Vic 3672. Those with both items, $44.00 and those with only a polo, $27.50...

I think thats all for now

I have a table from work I have permission to use. I'll bring it home this Friday to try it Neils van! It has detachable legs you would have seen them at bunnings.

Cool 8) Some signage of some sort would be a good thing ... how about even just some laser printed VSMR signs or similar?

My printer has packed it in recently sourcing the motorcycle range! Can anyone help out with a few flyers or signage to attach to the gazebo?

I'm looking through my files...
somewhere in here there is a photo of Maggie Cheung in a black leather catsuit.

I'd like half a dozen, lifesize, thanks.

Oh dear. And I suppose laminated as well? :D

Good stuff ash ... I'll put together a new flyer soon (i've been saying that a lot recently!) with the web site version of the logo which should hopefully laser up nicely. What sizes can you do - A4, A3, etc?

The plotter does up to A1 but it's bubble jet so it needs to be laminated.
I'll need you to e-mail me the stuff you want printed as doing it needs to be done on the sly.

OK, We have so far, leaflets/flyers of some form, a lappie and screen, extension leads, A WRF, A DRZ, A Husky, A CCM, A KTM, and hopefully A Berg, a table, chairs, shirts and hats, brew making gear, esky, soft drinks, a not so favourable weather forecast, a lot of time involved... Anything obvious I've missed?...
Oh yeah and we are there to watch the racing! :D
