Dicky, I was told you were the man that could get me pointed in the right direction. I own a 640SM and having problems dialing in the suspension.
At the exit of corners 120km+ I find the bars get a slow and nervous flutter that does not settle as I accelerate out and lift the bike up. Consequently the bikes sits nervously as I maitain speed for the next corner. Any ideas on how I might dial this out or is it a matter of riding it out?
Thanks.

It could be as simple as your weight is to far back! Maybe.
I had a similar problem going down the straight at Nunnawading MX track, it felt very unstable. Fixed by moving my weight furthur forward.
Everyone was telling me it was suspension and I need to drop the forks. Went to Stephen gall's moto school and the problem was solved!!

Buggered if I know, how bad is it?
LC4's seem to have a reputation for slight instability in the steering at high speeds, varies from bike to bike, but pretty well all of them do it.
Assuming that you've done the obious things...
wheels and tyres are well balanced
front and rear sag set correctly for your weight
Suspension is a compromise as far as I'm concerned, it not likely to be perfect under all conditions, although WP front and rear should help.
Tyre pressure?
What tyres are you running?
What road are you using, maybe I'll give it a go and see how mine behaves, although mine is a bit bent.
I'd ignore it unless it was really upsetting.
Don't hang on as tight

Considered a damper Solid?
Maybe a good investment specially for higher speed stuff..
My WRF does it a bit too on changing direction, but thats inherent lightness caused by me going too fast usually coupled to having to stand it up quickly outta the corners before I go offroading...

Mine gets a little flighty at high speed but nothing too bad. I find I can take smooth bends with no worries but add a few bumps and it starts moving around.
I run a pilot race on the front and pilot power on the back at about 32psi each and my suspension is still how it came when I bought the bike.

A combination of GP 70's, Weight transfer and reduced rebound have pointed me in the right direction. And a pissed off Hwy patrol in Northern NSW would agree that any small shakes did not slow me down enough for him to catch.
See you on the road Motard Brothers.
