"Goddammit, man! You done made me hurt my dick hand."
Left or Right Jov?
Just got my right hand cast off 2.5 weeks ago.
Only NOW would I be keen to ride again with about 90% of my movement back and only sparatic pain.
Was an interesting 6 weeks using my left hand, kinda dont realise how much you need your dominant hand for everyday things.

so how was the coaching session guys?
well worth the time and learnt alot ?
was it for racers only or was it anyone that wanted to improve there track skill ?
It was for anyone, but from the perspective of what works for doing QUICK lap times IMO.
I ended up going only a second slower than usual whilst trying out Josh's suggestions, so hopefully will be quicker when I get familiar with it all. "It" being mainly my rear brake. :lol2:
My lines are all wrong too apparently.

any idea if they are planning on doing some more in the future?
I'm no racer but would like to know what I'm doing wrong with my lines and just how to ride smoother / quicker
Yeah, there's more coming.
That's the funny thing eh. I've been working on using all the track, holding corner speed, riding smooth etc etc. It works, I have been getting quicker.... but on Josh's advice I'm gonna go back and give point and shoot another go. I'm torn a bit, I set guys up to pass them by taking RR lines. Not right apparently.
I found the coaching session t be a revelation, it was great to hear advice from someone who knows what they are talking about and who has tried all of the options to find the best way around the track.
I too was trying to ride smoothly, trying to ride the same cornering lines as a road racer but once I tried a few of the lines I could see where I was gaining ground on others. Also, it was amazing to see how aggressive Josh was riding the bike when he was doing demo laps, we had the prime positions sitting on our bikes at the outside of the corner and watching him attack the corners.
I must admit it took more balls than I have to be so aggressive with the rear brake at the end of the start/finish straight but now I have a load of skills to work on for next time.
I need to do something with my seat, after 2 back-to-back trackdays the Husky seat nearly wore me a new ar5ehole. I need a lap timer too, I can't keep up with Devo anymore to check my times!
Good to finally meet you on Friday night Dan, and good to see you again JB even if I didn't recognise you! (it was dark, I was somewhat knackered!) you both need to get your respective bikes up here soon and get out on the track.
Edit - Masterspoon, good to finally meet you too, I didn't see much of you on the track as I was only out in your group for 1 session.
