View Full Version : Non Motarder
Well I've just joined the ranks of a non-motarder, thanks to some low Fu&*kin thieves. The pricks broke into my shop, took absolutely nothing except the 640. The bike still had the dirt wheels and tyres on it as I've been waiting for some Distanzias.
I just stuck a pic in the gallery

That sucks, bigtime
Hope she was insured ... but post the rego #, engine and VIN #'s here when you get the chance so that everyone can keep an eye out in the classifieds etc.
There's a lot of bike theft amongst non-registered dirt bikes because they aren't really tracked, so here's hoping it turns up soon when they try and shift it. And also that they get nabbed and suitably castrated

Have there not been an awfull lot of thefts recently? There was the Coffs harbour one where it seemed like a dozen bikes were taken, a few off members of this board and I just read about another 8 stolen from the Narellan district wherever that is.
Where are they going to offload them all without getting noticed?
Dirty Rotten Bastards.
The Motard scene in Australia is not that big really is it. Surely it's going to be relatively easy to realise that suddenly there are a bunch of motard wheels on the market and a lot of very fast paddock bashers.
Could all the SM forums not get together in some way to narrow down all the leads. I dunno just a thought.

They were active here about 3 months ago with the Yamaha dealer in Yarrawonga being cleaned out, then a dealer in Wagga had 10 bikes taken 3 days later...

Mother fuckers. Are you insured??
I hope you know some mean fuckers and can track them down.
I hope you get it back mate.
Thanks for the condolances guys, with no key the KTM is a real problem.
Trying to get ignition is a job for jesus and of course true to KTM, the tank cap is a non conventional locking type. I guess that it'll be a parts only proposition, unless it gets stripped down to a bare bones dirt bike.
No insurance as it was my bike, had it been a customers, it would have been covered.....gotta love insurance companies.
