ok, the 250f aside

lets look at my XR for now, yesterday just changed my oil
after a month of riding, i got only about 1litre of oil out

must have been burning oil :(
i remembered once, i overtook one of my mate in a corner during under hard acceleration, he told me he saw white smoke... :x

guess i gotta put aside the 440kit as it require a sleeve
so i'm looking at 416 or 426 instead now, cheaper option :)

so need ya guys advice, after boring, do i need to replate?
and also, do i need to replace my stock items, like valves, valve spring, seat, seal, cam chain etc? :?:

thanks. :D

Depends on your stock lining, but from memory you just rebore the XR's, no need for any plating. They just run a plain steel liner, no water jacket to worry about. I'd got for the biggest you can go myself 8)

As for the rest, I'd just measure them and only replace if outside of tolerance...

and then buy the wr ;)

Apart from that, the train system is pretty damn good in singapore, so I'm sure you can last a week or so ;)
