I'd like to tune my KTM for mucho grunto, and figure the quickest method would be to run it on a load bearing dyno.
Any recommendations for someone in the North or East burbs?
Any better suggestions?

Bugger the dyno, just bore it out and stick a turbo on it :D
I can ask a mate of mine that spends a fair amount of time on the dyno with his superstock bike...

It's probably solid enough to handle the turbo, not sure if I'd be up to it though. I could pull the turbo off my Subaru, I hardly drive it any more :D
The early factory SM racers were built from LC4's, Van den Bosch's was taken out to 720cc
Not sure if that would handle the turbo too well.
I'll try tuning by the seat of my pants, but this could get a bit messy, I almost shit myself when I gave it the gas yesterday and that was only with the recommended starting point for main jet.

Get scientific mate ... before each ride make sure and eat a controlled meal, then measure the amount that ends up in your boots after the ride. The more you get, the better the tuning is working
