Give it a go now mate ... when I converted the gallery over to nuke it screwed some of the ownership and permissions ... but i've fixed up the hond one so you should be able to add photos and create your own sub-albums

If you can't hit it, saw it, or get it to do what you won't then you force it !
This is my new ride, with a great bike under me and hopefully more than enough power I will be seriously aiming for the podium at races, am I getting my ability and ambition mixed up , time will tell.
The photos were really just for fun, the bike was how ever a bare frame with in 2 hours of arriving at its new home and I am guessing already cringing at its new faster life.
More pics to come as the bike is built over the next week or two.

Mmmm, Understanding the sentiment you expressed regarding handling characteristics of the old KTM, why would you go for a Honda?
Jeez Ben, Get yourself a TM/VOR/Sherco F.I. 450 SMR and go from there... 8)

Sorry, what was the comment on the KTM handling ... think I missed that :P
I must ride one of the more MX type SM derivatives just to see how different the handling is to the good 'ol DRZ :-k

The handling got nearly completely sorted out , the chatter nearly completly gone by Sunday arvo.
The KTM, once sorted was a great bike but the power was still along way short of both the CRF and the YZF. I have 50hp now the CRF stock has 48-50 so will have about 58- 60 once finished with out selling my house to pay for it or building a hand grenade.

Hey Neil you can have a go on mine when you like,
CRF's don't have the best engine life though do they??

Might have to take you up on that Ash :D
I'm imagining the CRF engine life will be directly related to its diet of fresh oil, frequent valve clearance checks and occasional valve jobs
But no, I don't think it'd make much of a commuter!
