Hey all,

Thought Id run a quick poll to see who, if anyone, is racing their tard at the moment, or is intending to race it in the future.

Any info would be great - What you run, where your from, How long youve been running (or when you intend to start), etc etc.

Cheers, Chris

i have been racing mx since 97

be it singapore or malaysia
was partly sponsored rider before

now due to commitment with a family and a 8mth+ old boy
i seldom have time to ride, let alone racing

i had the xr for daily transport, but don't think i will take it for motard race
those 525, 450s will eat my xr for breakfast...

I race an R6 in the 600 gumby class. It's just a bit of fun, i'm not super serious about it or anything. Will be up at Winton this weekend, but i'm not keen on racing in this weather, so I could be spending alot of time in the garage.........or at the pub!

Edit - I recently bought a DRZ, but there's no plan to supermoto it yet as i'm having way too much fun in the dirt :D

Cool as a stoned goat Shane...
Been missin' ya around the forums mate and great to see you here.
JR James and myself are coming your way next year for the Thai series and then to Japan for the street racing all being good.
How goes it now with the leg then, all good?
I know you said 5.5 months, no bone stimulators mate?

The CRF's looking real sweet Shane, still got the R1's too?
Be good to catch up with you when you get back here for a trip...

be good to see a few lads over here for some races ,its a great day but you want to be ready for the heat, race day last sat was 38 so it gets a little warm in the leathers .
as for the leg it realy wasnt pretty in there, i had a 4mm gap on the main break with splinters all over the place, i still cant run walking is ok once i get going and my foot now hangs out to the right a bit .it was not getting any better untill i started to use some growth hormone that seemed to give it a kick start very expensive but worth it .
japan sounds great did you see those photos of some of the bikes on the junkie forum ? those boys looks like they have spent serious cash.
R1 is still going well another mate will be riding it at Sepang next weekend at the third round of there series ,i cant aford to risk my leg real busy with work in indo so ill stay off it for a while i might do the GP support race but have not decided yet.
just trying to find out the dates of the bigger races over there Avard told me he had one in two weeks but i wont have enough time to get my shit together for that one ,let me know whats around and ill plan my trip .
good talking to you ,stay fast

Japan's street series is SICK!
Big buck build ups and damn fast racing too. Loads of 2 strokes in their fields too so that makes it just that bit more interesting...

I was wondering if the G.H. would make a difference with the healing process as for connective tissue its fantastic. (Not that I need to tell you that though Shane ) I thought you might start some minor medication adjustments mate 8) ...

All good though!

JR i cant wait to hook up be good to have a few more to rub shoulders with, will be testing tomorrow a new guy is coming out on his YZ250 2smoker he used to race dirt track in the states so he should do ok ,as for the bike there are a few things left to try wanted a 16.5 front but just to hard to get tires for it here ,will have a 5.5 rear to test next week and still waiting for a set of offset tripples as i need to sort out the front to stop the patter ,motor is good putting out 60 at the rear wheel so its rather quick .just need to learn how to ride it now

Come on Shane,
I have seen pictures floating around of you on the CRF last year, one of you flying high off a steel ramp and another of you seeing just how low and wide you could make the CRF backing into a corner...
Learn to ride it?

Roll on '06
