Hey Crew, I'm in the throws of converting my 98 DR350 to a tard, and i cant find any solid info on Wheels that fit with minimum buggerizing around.I have seen the GS500 Rims and the RGV rims but both have their problems. Any advice or ideas to help a budding tard rider out?? Cheers for the info in advance. Jeff

Welcome Jeff, you've come to the right place for motard info. Don't personally know much about the DR350 but if they run the same wheel set up as a DRZ400 you'll have no trouble finding wheels to fit. Plenty of guys here have, or have had, a DRZ so they'll be able to advise you better. If you can, stay away from converting street bike rims unless you know someone who can make up the spacers etc. A lot of stuffing around apparently :? .

I would be looking for a set of donor dirt bike wheels from the wreckers for the hubs and lacing up to them with cheap rims.
Otherwise shoot Matt (KTM450) a PM and ask him if he can help you out.

thanks guys, thought that would be the way i had to go. The DR and the DRZ isn't the same, though the caliper re locater is the same(98 model DR).The GS500 rear is reportedly an easy fit but the front is a bugger, And the RGV is the other way round. Bugger it, i think ill just get some new hubs and keep the dirt wheels for every second weekend. This is Far North Queensland and there is a shit load of dirt up here.
