I have found a supply of cheap PRC based production of master cylinders suitable to a stock OEM (Nissin) 2 pot caliper.
10/11/12mm bore, stock Yamaha (Nissin) etc are 11mm up to the current series ;) these are designed to be used with the PRC 2 pot with pistons of roughly the same displacement to the Nissin.
Its not a fancy thing, there are billet CNC adjustable levers though to 'bling' it a bit, they are also offered in black and other colours but it is cheap at around $100 AU at your door ;)

I have been looking at master cylinders since mine was broken off at Calder and found this as a cheaper alternative to an OEM replacement :)
Has switch positioning under the lever as well as the facility to mount hydraulic switching for brake lights.

I will try to land one myself over the coming weeks and do a bit of a test or 2 and see how it shapes up.

I think your current one would be a lot better.
This is only designed for a little 2 potter

Yes Steve,
I only looked at these as an OEM replacement if someone happened to break the M/C like I did.
The OEM ones are an 'arm and a leg' to buy

I had a PM today from someone has had first hand experience with these.
His opinion is not good given both of his failed very quickly.
Having said that though he did also say he knew of one that was trouble free.
Hit and miss quality so it is an individual choice.
I will most likely still land one myself and hope I score one of the 'good' ones ;)

It may be worth putting some new seals in and seeing how it goes from there Muzz. If it is going to save a fair bit of coin that is!

Hey Muzz I have a technical question for you.
My lever on mine is quite hard to pull,
brakes seem to work good but have to use a lot of force on the lever.
I am running a motomaster 4 pot.
Any suggestions ?

Trust me when I say I have strong hands......
The standard setup was easy to pull so I was sure it had
something to do with changing to a 4 pot.
Wot type & size would you suggest ?
