So sibbo, I'm guessing this would probably tweak your nipples? ;)

Dear Honda,

Please make the above pictured CR 500, with updated frame. Once you have done this, could you please include a power valve, so I can tune the F(censor)K out of it and still have it rideable.

Dear Kawasaki,

Please see letter to Honda, KX450 frame with KX500 engine, Please!!!

Signed Sibbo.

Sibbo,
A CR500 would fit the bill nicely for a track day blast, but there aint no kart track you could get it on the pipe, unless you were running like a 55th sprocket...
More suited to Phillip Island or Winton, and then you gottsa ask yourself, 'Well am I feeling lucky punk'...
They are not easy to ride at the best of times let alone sideways at close to 100MPH...
When you get one, please also get, a helmet cam, insurance, ambulance subscription, shit loads of bandaids and an unending supply of friggin tyres... :D

Haaaaaa, the furious power delivery of a BIG fat tweaked two strokes. At least they dont need that expensive slipper clutch. And as reliability goes it seeems to me that as four strokes approch the power to weight ratio of two strokes, they get a very similar marginal reliability.

you are just making me more keen

i had wheelstand problems at the wodonga kart track on the yz 250 (it lifts the front from power in 5th), so a 500 would be impossible to keep the front near the ground!

500 at P.I. that would be mad!

I wouldn't mind putting that 500 into a super kart and run that around phillip island

Ash, no matter what your doing, I'm pretty sure 3-4 inches aint gonna do the job

i heard that a 250 super cart is faster than a V8 super car around phillip island, imagine what a 500 is going to do!!!

how bout 2 500 engines, one for each wheel. might be a bit heavy, but it would be exciting.

have i gone too far here? :? Shit no, a turbo busa engine would be too far!

There used to be a class in sprint karts that went like this, 200 cc open, you could use 2 100 cc motors on methonol and they ran the 6inch tyres. They would pop wheelies :D I drove one once fark me! They also do a twin clubman which wasn't that fast.
2 500's bring it on!!
