I have been trying to locate the following parts to finally make my ride, 525exc, street legal (well kind of...). My dealer gave me the run around for month. And havent been lucky in the U.S. I do beleive these items came on the Aussies 525exc-gs. Could any one of you check the availybility of these or put me in contact with an onhest dealer who would be willing to ship to Canada?

I will make the enquiry of a KTM dealer here for the wiring you need..
I have a complete EXC300 loom at my disposal to photograph for you if you like as my next door neighbour is on an 05 about to be motarded also. They are supplied here with an excess of what is really required to get you by for those skilled enough to work crimping pliers, bits and pieces can be made up for you here to link the bits you need...

Muzzard you are a Prince :D Called the U.S. dealer yesterday, said the looms were 2 weeks back order. Problem is I heard that 2months ago from another dealer :evil: I could make the looms myself but right now my time is at a premium and I would rather spend it ridding. Now I wonder what are the chances of an Aussie KTM dealer having those looms on hand and how long to get here?

The Main Harness and Bulbs are the only parts that show up in the catalogue here, and the Bulbs are the only parts in stock.

There is another large KTM dealer in Oz with an online catalog/ordering system, but I can't remember who they are.

If you do find the parts you need here in Oz I'd be happy to help ship them if the dealer won't do it directly.

I do know a guy with a recent 525 and I'm sure he's got a parts catalogue for it. I'll try and get it from him.

Can you give a bit more description about the two items that don't show up in the online catalogue. I'll see if we can't figure out what they are.
From there we can find out cost and availability.

If you look in any spare parts manual(2005) that comes with 250 to 525 KTM moto. look at page 41 items 5 (main harness and item 80flash.wiring harness front. Dont go to much out of your way at worst I ll wait the 2 weeks. Thanks Dickie :D You got it right nmilne 8)

If you want them I'll order them for you.

I don't know how these prices compare to Nth Americas.
Can't find anything resembling the bracket part number you listed.
