alright, i crash today, on my first day of getting back to motard riding...
here my set up, after reading, searching from lotsa other website
fork : full hard comp, full soft reb
shock : full soft comp, full slow reb
i set it to full as i'm still on stock valve stack, a stock xr400
i fresh pair of dunlop gpr70, at 30psi
after exiting the carpark, a quick right turn slip out so fast
that i can't even react, and i was on the ground... :P
is it the tyre still slippery with the caoting of wax?
or my setup is wrong??
pls advice.. :D

New tyre? Did you wear all the release mould off the tyre? They're slippery as a very slippery thing with the release mould (the shiny slippy stuff) still on the tyre. I've found that out the hard way myself
Other than that, could just be cold tyre temp .......

Sounds like tyre release to me and cold on top of that.
What a bastard Rook, Do much damage to you or your bike?
And the suspension not so hard... go to standard setting in manual as from factory, and then go harder compression damping on front fork to position that would be half way between standard and full hard, understand?
Do same with rear shock absorber,
For rebound, lessen damping on front, leave as standard position for rear shock. OK?
Do that, ride bike see if not nicer to ride then ;)

Dont be ashamed of it a mini motard gave me ARM PUMP
Those settings muzz mentioned are what my wr has from stock and it works good but the front dives more then i would like but I know its just time and money to get it right.
I had gpr70s on my roadbike and they were great fun when cold.

ya, the slippery stuff is still on the wheel
and tyre is not warm up enough, and the 30psi seem to be a little on the high side.

30psi on GRPs on the road should be fine - its the release agent they have on the tyres that is super slick. I forgot about that one day at Phillip Island on the mightly little KR1 ring-a-ding. I remembered just as I was tipping the bike into Honda corner (first tight right hairpin) and though "oh wait, this is a brand new tyre ... nah it should be allright" ... and consequently went down like a bag of the proverbial
