This photo isn't from last night's race but I think it's pretty interesting to compare the factory machinery with the customer bikes. See if you can spot any differences.

Not much, factory bikes have a slightly different top fairing shape around the inlet and no doubt there will be suspension and engine internal differences of some nature.
Also appears that the factory bikes have an adjustable swingarm pivot point, which is interesting as its something that honda said they wouldn't do. The factory bikes also run different (non-brembo) rear brake calipers, but given that even the 2 factory bikes differ in that its most likely just personal preference from the riders...

Swingarms are the same I think, with the exception of the sticker covering the hole in the side of one :)

Only difference is there's a midget riding in the first photo. :D
Clutch is different extenally, Pedrosa's tail unit seems a bit bulkier. Not much apart from what Neil has already spotted. Note the size of the rear disc on Hayden's bike, I've seen it in real life and it looks like a front disc from a 250, it's a fully floating disc!
Also check out how long the footrest hangers are on Checa's bike, they are nearly twice as long as pedrobot's.

That is a huge disc...
thus why it is named the 'padrosa special'
....go figure
maybe he likes doing skids on practice days
"Pedrosa" means Teamwork in Spanish. Bullshit.

They all either wear or are sponsored by alpinestars!
