Can someone update the "the track" sticky? And the calender that it links to?
The only reason i havnt been to TT yet is cause im never sure of when its on. I have a family arrangement where i go riding for the day on the last weekend of every month, but im never sure if that aligns with TT.
How many people go every fortnight? Even in winter?

Not as many in winter mate but the usual hard core guys go! The next one in not tomorrow but the next Saturday. I' mworking but if the weathers good after I might come past after to catch up.

Hey Brendan, just for your info, Glen aka Bear520 from on hear who doesn't post much is going to be heading out there 2moro for a squirt. He comes from down Geelong way and is keen as. Only a newbie to the TT too and loves it.

You can go almost any time you like Brendan.
Tell any of the Staff there that you a VSMR member and pay your dough mate.
No problems.
As usual though its always on a shared basis with other disciplines so a phone call across to check availability is a good move.

Thanks Guys, I have just joined VSMR and was just wondering what the go was with the track days at gptc.
I have just bought a 2nd hand sxv450 from QLD (hope to get it on monday) and cant wait to get it on a track.
I currently ride a K6 gsxr1000 but am looking forward to having fun on a motard.
Hope to catch up soon.
Congratulations on an awesome informative website, learnt so much already.

Welcome Gravy.
You like the others are welcome to use the track at TT as a member of VSMR.
If you are unsure about going the first time by yourself,
Post up a new thread that you wish to go an the date, if the regulars are free one or more will definitely come and show you the ropes there,
If its within my means I will come down as well.
Aprilia power to try to round up too now.

Was thinking about coming down for a bit of a whirl, will be a short day for me as it's a bloody long cold ride this time of year, need to rip the last bit of tread off the left hand side so i can get some new tyres. :evil:

I cant make a long day of it, have to be in the city for 5pm for Bledisloe Cup, got corporate ticket invite, its a shit job, but....

So it'll be a 2pm departure for me, also need to get my shock up to Gilesy up-country, hopefully I'll get it back before Friday, otherwise I'm out too.
