Ok, I've decided that I just *need* to have one of these (http://www.supermotoengineering.com/Carb.htm), annodised in gold :D

I'll be sticking an order in this week I reckon (too late to show off at bairnsdale  oh well  ) ... international shipping is $10 and we might be able to split that over a few units if anyone else is interested. $40 USD + shipping which is fairly reasonable at the current exchange rate.

Its only money after all

And seeing Ash has access to a lathe at the odd moment when no-ones looking, a detailed inspection with the correct tools may be in order?
I know a bloke doing some manufacturing out of the country who might be interested to look closer...

if I don't hear anything by next week I'll order alone, but if anyone else wants one then pipe up now

That's allright, I'm lazy and haven't got off my, err, butt and ordered anything yet :)

When are you likely to have an AUD price list?

I've got one of those on my R6. Keeping in tradition with the immaculate presentation of the bike, it's made from a plastic coke bottle.

They wont be having one here Neil, unless they pay advertising fees to attach advertising either within the thread or front page link.
I also manufacture products in competition to them...

Muzzard,
Im sorry that you feel we are trying to advertise free of charge. I read all the information about posts and it did not say anything about advertising, which we do not do with out asking anyway. I did not start the post either, rather just answered a post for which the products were being bought from the State's . Again I am sorry and think this is a great forum, by the way I had already linked VSMR to our web site which attracts a large amount of traffic.

Regards
Ben O'Brien

Hi,
Sorry we cant really help with the brackets but if you get stuck let me know and I will try to sort something out.

Cheers Ben

PS
As per the previous post, the Supermoto engineering carby canisters will sell for approx AU$65 + delivery. The only thing with using these is that they dont meet Australian GCR's so they still need to drain into a 500ml catch can.

Come on Ben, We are all pretty switched on here. A smart bloke like you would have found that the tubing for the old smoking apparatus from Mitre 10 and a quick spin in the lathe off a billet bar and you have one to hold 500mls. ;) What do ya mean they dont comply, I think you mean't YET didnt you mate? Tubing too large you think, Nah its best cause you can work it easy and it is flexible enough to conform to frame profiles. :-k

Custom made by my own hands tube and fittings care of Festo pneumatics, must be the sexiest catch can I have ever seen.....even if I do say so myself.......and it holds 650ml.
