i got a gold DID chain from Skidz in leichardt,

its covered in black goo now though, and thanks to chainslap, what was gold is now kinda rubbed silver.

good chain though, piss-all stretch despite the constant (girly) attempts at (crap) wheelies

one of these, i believe: http://www.didchain.com/xring1.htm

Hang on there, 530??? Do you mean 525 or 530? I dont think the 550 needs a 530 chain, as it will rob heaps of hp over a 525, or even a 520.

Your right i do want a 520 or 525 but all i can see advertised in colour are the 530's but chaingang have come through and only $200..

I have sold both EK & RK, both seem like good chain.
DID used to be the crap chain years ago but things have changed.
All of the chains these days are pretty good if you keep them well adjusted, lubed regularly and on fresh sprockets....
Nearly every chain on the Superbikes in the pits on the weekend was colored, there were even pink ones! lol.

525 will last longer, but will use a bit more hp to turn the rear wheel. Probably good if you do wheelies flat out.

520 will wear out quicker, but uses less hp to turn the rear wheel and should be used if you are racing.
