well its that time of the year again , i had the bike stripped already and pulled the motor down sunday for its 20 hour rebuild , well what can i say about honda's the thing was like brand new , it goes to show if you keep the oil up to them they will go for ever :D :D
valves now have 40 hours on them and still perfect 8) crank and a little wear but still well with in spec .So back together it went just new piston, rings and gaskits .
Next , out came the other one {spare bike matt rides} it was very good also a little rich , but piston and barrel looked new :D crank has over 60 hours on it and in better spec than mine  , but the valves are on the way out still ok, matt is doing some new head work to it so we will put new ones in .i will pick them up on sat while in the uk {ordered already} new high comp wisco piston should be here from the usa this week .
next weekend we will start testing for the new season
i about to head out and put the plastic and brakes on mine ready for a quick ride tomorrow and maybe thursday before i leave for the uk , just to make sure i have not forgotten how to ride
if anyone looking for a race/track bike let me know as my mate has 2 CRF450 supermoto's in his shed along with a brand new Aprilia so is looking to get rid of 1 CRF
