I just uploaded the gearing spreadsheet from the old site here ... you can get to it at http://vsmr.net/files/gearing.xls I'm working on getting some file sharing happening for the site, but until then just PM me anything you want to stick up and I'll do so
The gearing spreadsheet should let you work out your motard gearing, is set up for 6 speed box, and just needs you to know the primary drive ratio (that's the ratio between your primary drive off the crank and the clutch basket driven gear), each gear ratio and the final drive ratio (the size of your sprockets). You can easily get this info from your owners manual or just a lookup on da net.
Should work your gearing out fairly accurately, and there's a space for you to put in a measured wheel circumference which should be dead accurate. The one already in there comes from me measuring my excel rim with a 120/70 pilot sport on it, which you can do easily enough by marking the tyre and ground with a bit of chalk, rotating the wheel a full revolution by pushing the bike forward and then marking the ground again and measuring the distance between the marks :smokin:
