Bizzarrini is an old italian automobile brand from the 50's / 60's and now somebody has bought the brand and made it motorcycle manufacturer as Bizzarrini GVM. Is located about 100 km from where I live.
It has been in 2003 the first supermotard in the world with a 2-cyclinders engine, the data are the ones indicated, of course is made just for races, but anyone can have it, it's just matter to pay... ;-)))
Is a pure supermotard, not a mx-originated, with all that means in terms of body and accessories.
They have tried the 5 gears and than have decided for the 4 gears only and kick start only (is already in project the electric starter).
The believe the single-cylinder in the supermoto is almost at the end in terms of power, they say one only cyclinder cannot arrive more than 700 cc like they are now and about 70 hp, for more power they believe a 2-cyclinders is needed... and seems like they are quite RIGHT!!!

yall take care

Next we'll have 4 cylinders unless it's a desmodronic diesel (and then it can be 2.5 ltr'sand Italian) why don't we even go for say a 5 cylinder maybe.
Oh I forgot aren't motards ment to based on a motocross bikes (a single cylinder motocross bike)
Hey Brett if you take away all the negative marketing crap, a 2 banger would be the best option. All jokes aside a four stroke will never match the power of an "equivelent 2 stroke" (capacity) or the reliabilty at the same state of tune..

All makes sense .... except of course that you don't see many KX/CR500s cutting it up in the big time :D

Who cares what its based on, as long as its light and goes hard?? 8)
