Track Day @ Wodonga 19/3/05

There is a thread in the Aust Champs forum concerning the coming round of Track Day and Racing in Wodonga next month.
THIS IS AN IMPORTANT DATE TO CONSIDER FOR LONGEVITY OF SUPERMOTO/SUPERMOTARD IN VICTORIA.
There has been generous concessions given to us as a Street movement to join in the track day. If we dont throw our considerable support behind this meeting by attendance and promotion, be assured, RACING/TRACK DAYS WILL BE SHORT ON!
I say this as I have been involved in this sport for many years and this has been the demise of ongoing racing previously as others will also attest to.
If transport is the dilemma, log on and request some help, there is others coming up from Melbourne and if we dont know you need it, we cant offer the solution.
It is vital if you intend to ride either day, that you register at the thread in the Champs forum to allow numbers to be tabulated and arrangements for accommodation and the night time activities to be finalised.
Numbers must be in by Sunday March 06. If you miss this opportunity to preregister and then decide you will be riding, THERE WILL BE NO CONCESSIONS AVAILABLE ON THE DAY!

I'm driving up most likely on the saturday morning, so anyone needing a ride let me know - i'll arrange a trailer with plenty of bike space, and we'll sort something out for accomodation on the saturday night. Muzz is spot on though - if we let it slide then we can expect not to see supermoto racing return to victoria :cry:

count me in, I have the skinny front tyre and am chassing a rear (anyone got a 19in 110/90 or thereabouts?). Ill be slow, but on one as much as poss, in to and out of most bends, or i will crash horribly!!!!!!!

Sorry muzz, can't make it. Have prior un-breakable arrangements.

im after smooth road hoops, cos i dont want to get the grinder out to cut all the knobs off, or i could just do a few burnouts and smooth the knobs off :D
