Anyone got any standard XR400 fork springs? :-k They're drop in .4kg replacements that will fit straight into the KDX and probably cheaper than going for a new set of eibach etc......

...or any other .4kg or thereabouts springs with an external diameter of about 36mm and a free length of between 470-520mm should also fit the bill :)

Neil. I've got the stockers out of the 650. If memory serves they were 0.43kg. I'll measure them up for you :)
Oh yeah, I've still got heaps of your brake parts too. Geez I suck

If they're between 470 and 520mm and about 36mm in diameter then should be good  Haven't got the caliper bracket made up yet? :)

Re: the bracket. Don't be stupid. It's only been 6 months :)
Re: the springs. Spring is 510 mm long, but unfortunatley it's about 39mm in diameter. Could be something to do with having 46 mm fork tubes.....
I might, i pulled the stockers out of my 400 a few years ago.
I'll have a look in the garage when i get back to sydney. (In bathurst for the V8's at the moment. . . the Bogans, oh my god. . . the bogans!!!)

Now that's too funny
I found those XR400 springs in the garage, you can have em for nothing if you still need them. (think i still owe you a favour for the brake reservoir)
