If signatures are to be considered both offensive and trolling then maybe the general posters should be both advised of this, what is allowed & what a person can be infracted for. These should also be kept an watch on for the bullshit some of us have had to put up with for quite a considerable amount of time. This should also apply to baiting and trolling avatars.
Considering the shit certain people have been allowed to get away with recently do I need to mention more?

Why are you letting someones avatar and or signature get to you? I think we know which one your talking about.
In reality its just a heap of little 1's and 0's floating through the cables to your house where its displayed as little black dots known as pixels.
just ignore it, and consider that your doing a favor to the forum community by doing so ;)
as a fan of offensive signatures, Its all in good fun but Id like to think nobody would create something with the intent of specifically offending or singling out a single member.
Signatures and Avatars are by definition part of a post, they don't exist if you don't post therefore they are covered by the T&Cs of this forum.

decent forum moderators would send a pm saying we are clamping down on sigs and avatars and could you please change your sig as links to supporters web sites are no longer except able..
not be use as an excuse to ban people and hand out infractions to those who are not on the pet list..
i dont recall receiving a sig or avatar warning by PM?

I also find it easier to write offensive comments in the text of the post, rather than a signature, at least i can be sure everyone read it.

NGK for the record again i have 2 user names Jos Moto (Business name) & SM93. SM93 - The reason is I have over 8000 posts on here and anytime my name is on the internet its links to SMAUS posts. i would prefer that not to happen so i requested a change. its nice to disclose ur full name so everyone can no u on here but ultimately i have other areas in my life which require me to be more discreet. everyone stills knows who i am and I am not hiding behind a keyboard calling people out.

I think the new muppets just don't understand that all the oldtimers know each other in person...... We can say shit to each other that would score others a punch in the head, so they just don't get the banter's background and get all butthurt.
