Great days racing yesterday Townsville Round 1, approx 20 bike for senior class,
Some great bikes and racing.
Gixxer-82 (Tim) came away with 3 seconds and a first.
Myself 15th,13th, 10th and 8th. The gradual improvment was not from great riding but there were several riders came down in the last couple of races.
One particularly nice bike and out of the ordinary and the guy was a great rider.

He is from Cairns NQ, Tropical Snowman's Country.

The racing looked good yesterday and there will be two more bikes at the next meeting

LOL, I don't think it'd be a worry, if I did race I'd be getting solid last place each time, but who cares as long as it's fun!

No such luck, Asphalt only approx 1km long.
Great track, Tim (Gixxer 82) has the record (I think) at low 38 second mark.

Not too far for us Brissy guys when a 2 day meet is on....

I have not been there yet. They are a minimoto club and only just starting into seniors. Slowly we seen to be getting tracks to ride all along the QLD coast.

Yes Justin is a good thing for motard in the north, he is well up there amongst the front runners.
Very easy going and helful to the young guys.
A few of our club riders are staying at his place in Cairns then heading to Mareeba this weekend

easy maxo, to GAIN(?) 10 seconds just brake a bit earlier and get on the throttle a little later. :confused:
to lose 20 kilos join one of martys fitness training programmes and stop eating pies.:(

So for the two day meeting, were at rocky for a day then upto gladstone the next?
where can i get some more details on it all?
