So im no stoppie king by a LONG shot, but any time i got more than 1/3 tank, and i pop a little endo @ the lights cos there are girls watching me :P ... i end up with petrol leaking all over me. And with the price of petrol....!!
Ive 'modified' the breather, but it still leaks.
Any kool products/websites with something?
Thanks in advance

Is it coming from arond the cap seal or outta the breather Mez?
If its the seal, check that its not getting screwed up like what happens with oil filters on cars.
If its the breather, I would be putting it into a catch can somewhere on the bike as mine is, into a bottle behind the Acerbis headlight.
Short of that, :? ...

Sounds like you need a longer breather line....? :-k

Yeah its out of the breather hose.
Ive made it longer, restricted the flow, AND tied a lose knot, but still...
Was also thinking of using a valve... like fish tank ones, petrol will prob kill it tho? Will also need an ulrta slow pressure release for expanding when parked in sun.
Meh... i dunno

Do 1 handed stoppies and use your free hand to plug the end of the breather with one of your fingers? :lol2:

Has the rubber baffle inside the cap dropped into the tank or on the ground?
(It looks like a rubber circle, domed in the centre with a real small hole in an offset position to the breather outlet)
Sometimes the rubber will bind in the caps thread, not seated at the bottom of the flange to hold it, and wind itself into the tank as you put the cap on.
If its not there the fuel will give you 'premium unsalted nuts' in no time
